Seager Terminals (Jinzhou) Co., Ltd. is situated at the forefront of Dock 103B in Jinzhou Port, occupying an area of 20,000 m², with a total designed storage capacity of 52,000 m³. 

Established on September 28, 2007, the tank farm comprises 16 storage tanks. The first-phase project was completed and put into operation in November 2009, featuring six internal floating roof tanks of 4,000 m³ each and two fixed roof tanks of 4,000 m³ each. The second-phase project was finished and put into operation in November 2012, including four internal floating roof tanks of 2,800 m³ each and four internal floating roof tanks of 2,200 m³ each. 

Our tank farm is equipped with two dedicated railway sidings, professional railcar loading trestles and 8 loading pipelines, capable of simultaneously handling 28 rail tankers. Additionally, our tank farm has 16 truck unloading positions and 3 truck loading positions. 

Our company currently has two operational berths. A network of pipelines connects the tank farm to the berths, with 11 lines to Berth 103 and 3 lines to Berth 104. Both berths have a water depth of -11 meters, capable of accommodating ships with a maximum deadweight of 20,000 tons. 

Our port holds operation qualifications for the following types of dangerous goods.

Oil products:
Gasoline, diesel oil, naphtha, solvent oil, condensate, kerosene, No. 3 jet fuel (aviation kerosene).

Hydrocarbons:
Toluene, xylene (o-xylene, m-xylene, p-xylene, mixed xylene), trimethylbenzene, alkylbenzene, ethylbenzene, chlorobenzene, mixed aromatics, light aromatics.

Alcohols:
Methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, isopropanol, butanol, octanol.

Heavy Oils:
Carbon black oil, anthracene oil, ethylene tar, fuel oil, paraffin, diesel oil (flash point: 60-120°C).
  
Others:
Methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE), butanone.
