Seager Terminals (Jinzhou) Co., Ltd. operates a tank farm with a total designed capacity of 52,000 m³, comprising 16 storage tanks, including six internal floating roof tanks of 4,000 m³ each, two dome roof tanks of 4,000 m³ each, four internal floating roof tanks of 2,800 m³ each, and four internal floating roof tanks of 2,200 m³ each. All 14 internal floating roof tanks for chemical storage are designed with a sloped bottom that tilts towards dedicated pumps, enabling complete drainage of residual liquid. The tanks are equipped with the imported tank cleaning systems, allowing for hot water cleaning after the contents are fully discharged, and supported by auxiliary equipment such as compressed nitrogen tanks, air compressors, and pipeline pigging systems for purging.

Our tank farm is located approximately 50 meters from the dock and has access to two operational berths. A network of pipelines connects the tank farm to the berths, with 11 lines to Berth 103 and 3 lines to Berth 104. Both berths have a water depth of -11 meters, capable of accommodating ships with a maximum deadweight of 20,000 tons. 

Our company operates two dedicated railway sidings equipped with specialized railcar loading trestles, which allow for the simultaneous handling of 28 rail tankers. There are 8 loading pipelines, with each pipeline having a handling capacity of 200 m³/h, which can handle multiple product varieties at the same time. Additionally, our company has 16 truck unloading positions and 3 truck loading positions. 

The tank farm is equipped with a central control room, which monitors the liquid level and temperature of each storage tank in real time with a computer-based radar system. The system is installed with remote emergency shutdown devices, enabling the valve closure and pump stoppage to be realized directly from the control room. There are also 16 cameras that comprehensively monitor the production and operation status of the entire tank farm in real time.
